1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ShadowPay Trade, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use ShadowPay Trade for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Account Registration

3.1 Steam Account Requirement

To use our services, you must:

• Have a valid Steam account in good standing
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Trading Services

ShadowPay Trade provides a marketplace for trading digital gaming items, automated trading tools, and secure transaction processing.

5. Fees and Payments

We charge a 5% commission on P2P sales and 5% fee on real-money withdrawals. Additional fees may apply for premium services.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for any illegal purpose, engage in fraud, manipulate prices, or interfere with our services.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ShadowPay Trade and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or security.

In no event shall ShadowPay Trade be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShadowPay Trade and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

12. Termination

We may terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShadowPay Trade operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
